Q.Does the price include set up and delivery?
A.Additional fees may apply for areas farther out, staff will deliver rentals to the requested location. Additional cost will be required if items have to be transported by hand up high stairs or long distances.
Q.Do you deliver to other Regions?
A.Yes, but once again please be aware that due to rising gas prices and the possible need for an extra truck and labor that travel fees can be quite high. Please call our office for a current quote.
Q.What is the standard rental Hours ?
A.Rentals are leased for 24 hour periods, same prices apply if rentals are returned before 24 hours. However, rental fees can double if rentals are not returned late.
Q.When do you deliver?
A.That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of deliveries that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call the Friday before to confirm that someone will be on location.
Q.What payments do you take?
A.Wire Transfers, Cash or MMG. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash. Q.What if we need to cancel?
A.Luthers Events reserves the right to retain a 20% service charge for orders cancelled before the 24 hours leading up to the event and refund 80% of the payment to the client. For orders cancelled after the 24 hour window, payment will be retained as a raincheck, good for one full year toward a future event.
Q.Do you require a deposit?
A.Yes all orders require a 50% deposit for confirmation, full payment is required before delivery.
Q.What surfaces do you set up on?
A.We do both indoor and outdoor set ups, please indicate and special circumstances in notes when checking out your order .
Q.Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?
A.Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact our office.
Q.Are we responsible for the Inventory if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?
A.Yes. You are responsible for damages or loss of any inventory !
